Cool-Tech HVAC offers a very competitive maintenance agreement. Our Planned Preventive Maintenance Agreement provides many options to maintaining your heating & air conditioning equipment. Some of the many benefits to the service are lower utility bills, fewer repairs, longer equipment life, 15% discount on parts and much more. With our service, a certified Cool-Tech Technician will come to your home in the Spring and in the Fall to maintain your heating and cooling equipment. They will perform either a 15 point Furnace Tune-up/17 point AC Tune-up or 19 point Heat Pump Tune-up on all covered units. The technician will change your 1" filter at no extra cost and inspect your heating or cooling system to ensure that the system is ready for the upcoming season. |
